| Has anyone ever lived near a RR? I am looking at a place in KC and its near a RR it is a nice place but a block from the RR tracks and when I was looking at it a train came by it was kinda loud. If I bought the place and then resold it would I have to disclose the RR tracks are close or is it up o the buyer to do their homework? |

| I use to live near a RR and I got use to it, after a month or so you dont even hear it. As far as re selling im not sure on that one |
