If I remember right our new Chief 'O Police Chet Epperson had a new computer program that was supposed to send police to the areas where they were most needed. Hmmm.......
I've always said the police are great if all you need is a report after the crime to send to your insurance company. They're not proactive. They CAN'T be proactive. They're not psychic.
And if they were psychic they'd be out of a job. |
