Here is one I found its not a peeping Tom but it might be interesting during the summer months with all the boaters on the Lake.

I was watching this webcam today and it looks like the Lake is freezing over. How cold does it have to be for a Lake to Freeze over like that?

It has to be really cold for a week or two I would guess nights around zero or colder. If you give it a week of zero degrees you can drive on the lake. Make sure to test the thickness before you even walk on any ice let alone drive on it.

Lake Geneva is froze over and it wont be to long and you will see snowmobiles on it
